thats my BB has a virus ?
 
Please I need help with my BB I can off it but I can put it if I want to on it then I hve to take the battery off and put it back and when it gose on standby I hve to hold the keys for about 2mint befor the screen when light up please what should I do

I have no idea what you are asking. Please repost using real language with punctuation, not chat speak.

And there is no known virus for BlackBerry, so that is not your problem.

what is your free memory on the device. im guessing you are low on memory and freezing up the phone.... as daphne said tho, please repost using real language. i am also having a hard time understanding what you are asking for

okay, normally I wouldnt do this, but if you look at his location he is from Ghana. So we need to promote some tolerance for other nationalities. He came here for help. Not to be belittled. Come on guys we are supposed experts in our field and not bullies.

Sounds like something in your software may be corrupted on your phone. First thing to do is just try to wipe your phone out and reactivate it. If it continues after that you will need to reload the software. If you search this forum you will find step by step instructions on how to reload the software on your device. if that doesnt work you have a hardware issue
