is 9650 a tour or a bold?

Hi folks. Is bold 9650 really a bold or it is a tour as some people said and if it is a tour, why did blackberry christen it a bold? I like to know its major disadvantages. Thank you

I think its a Bold, as RIM describes it as a Bold.
