Open attachments in email doesn't work
 

When I want to view an attachment in an email and select 'Open Attachment' from the BB menu, the 'Save File' box pops up and wants me to select a location to save the file first. This problem just started a couple of days ago. I've encountered this in the past, but don't remember what I did to fix it! :oops:

Any suggestions????

Many things cause the inability to read the attachments. One is there is not enough memory to read the file size. If you have too many apps try deleting one you don't need.
Before doing anything try pulling the battery, wait 2 min and replace the battery. IT will clean up any corrupted information and may help.

I have already tried all those suggestions, but unfortunately they haven't resolved the situation.
