we will create all users in advance and set an activation password valid for 2 weeks or so.

We are going to migrate from LotusNotes to Exchange (snif..). We have a BES for Lotusnotes (bes4 on 8.5)and a BES for exchange (BES5.0.3 on Ex2010)
Our users are all haveing the same email domain...

When away from the office they might need it, but they have a token they should use to setup a ipsec/vpn tunnel.

Well, Domino 8.5.2. is not mentioned. Doesn't mean it won't work I guess....but I don't feel comfortable about it.
Perhaps upgrading BES to 5.x first is a better idea....

Hi, we are currently on BES for Domino 4.1.6 MR 6.
For upgrading should, I run all the subsequent MR's or can I go directly to SP 7 and in a second step to 4.1.7 MR3 ?

Will 4.1.7mr3 run on Domino...
