You night have to contact Tmo and have them send you a service book you might be missing. Same thing happened to me, they had to resend one that you can't get from the website.

Just got off the phone with tmobile. They said they were doing maintenance on the blackberry service? WTF? no notice, no nothing, just shut off the life's blood of all the people who's jobs depend on...
