I am hearing impaired myself and have a cochlear implant. The Blackberry I have is the 9650 that is through Verizon, I'm not sure what the t-mobile equiv would be. This has a nice loud speaker phone...

when i click on the escape button it doesnt respond all the time, sometimes i have to push extra hard for it to work. anyone else have that issue? i only had the 7290 for about 3 months now. thanks....
