Have changed phones and attempted to uninstall the BB desktop software ver 6.1. It reaches a certain point and then gives a error message that a file is missing and then it rolls back the uninstall...

I did contact T-Mobile received an e-mail stating that they do offer pre-paid plans and that I can indeed use my current BB.

I'm not getting a copy on the desk top e-mail and this e-mail is a "payment confirmed" generated by the company I paid. I'm only getting the repeated reply to the BB.

Phone ringer question

On the 9700, when setting the phone to "vibrate only" the ringer still sounds. The "All Alerts Off" works correctly.

Any suggestions for a solution?
