Tried the links above at top of fourm, but all it did was suggest to delete downloads from phone. And then says "The blackberry desktop software does not Blackberry Device Software for the device...

Want to change to old OS
Hello -
I recently received a new 9650 from Verizon because mine was recently stolen, and it has the new OS6 system installed. The new OS does not currently support the app I use for my business...
