Sorry if this has been covered and I have searched but when I sync my BBerry 8700 to my address book on my Mac I lose all the PIN numbers. Is there a solution to this please?

Seems to be a known issue, you'll be fine with Entourage but Address Book does seem to erase the PIN entry. Have you tried assigning a custom field in Address Book called PIN? Just a thought...

Finch, you are a top person, I gave address book a custom field called PIN: and it worked. Many thanks for your help.

unfortunately I just added more contacts, synced again and now all the PIN numbers are lost again

I had the same problem with PIN and Direct Connect Numbers (NEXTEL) and Apple Address Book. PocketMac is what it is... a 3rd party solution. For what it's worth, Entourage synchronization is a lot less finicky.

You should consider a hosted BES.

So I went from syncing ical, address book etc to using entourage to sync with pocket mac with a customer "PIN" field and I still can't get PIN numbers to stay what the heck...

Never mind figured out that I had to put the custom field in the phone numbers box not in the customer along the bottom
