Smile MyLifeOrganized Review?

I found some threads on MyLifeOrganized. But there has been no discussion since July 2010.

I'd like to know how useful MyLifeOrganized has been for you to get things done.

I've always used the REXwireless apps for this kind of thing. You have to add stuff manually and manage your data yourself, but I prefer this kind of manual data collection/management.

The REX stuff is expensive, but it's powerful. The combo of ToDoMatrix and IdeaMatrix works great for me. Your data is stored on your BlackBerry but backed up to the REX cloud.

The Blackberry MLO app is out of beta. A new version of the BB app was just released. They now include a cloud sync feature.

I find this area to be a true dilemma. The Rex tools are IMHO vastly superior on the BB -- although I have not tried the newest incarnation of the MLO BB application -- but MLO on the desktop is far superior to the ancient Rex web app that is showing its age. The promised upgrade to the Rex web app has been delayed so many times that I have stopped even asking about it.

So, my advice to you is to assess your work style and determine if you view task planning as primarily a BB application -- the model touted by Rex as the ONLY way to do it, or as a desktop application supported by the BB. If the former -- go Rex. If the latter -- go MLO.
