Hi I need help I updated my daughters bb 9300 to 6.0 bundle 2949 since doing that buttons are not working and trackpad isn't working properly I also keep getting a message saying input system error device is restarting please help

It sounds as though there is a hardware problem. A software update won't break the hardware.

Try downgrading the firmware back to what you had it at
