Default blackberry turning off on bridge

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all, I really need ur help here. Anytime I'm playing online video on playbook my phone which I bridge with the playbook always gives me the error message "app error 601 " and the screen will go blank -white , and the phone will restart. Any help please? Another question is ,since I updated the appworld on my 9650, the appworld has totally disappeared from the phone. Urgent help please. Jah bless.

No new app apart from bb appworld which just disappeared from my phone. Any help please?

Try uninstalling App World first and see if that corrects the issue.
