Question "Authentic" phone ringtones

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I am trying to find a link in this forum or somewhere that has more "phone style" ring tones, rather than music-based?

Thank you!

Well, your device should have a 'classic ringer' ringtone.

You can also check out tuneusin.com/mobile for a lot of ringtones (both music and other stuff).

Right. I don't know about your phone, but my 8100 has a boatload of just plain tones. Tuneusin.com is an excellent choice for real tones.
Good Luck!

Hi,

Yes, it does come with tones like "beep....beep", but I am looking for more normal phone sounds. For some reason, it vibrates three times and then rings three times (with the phone call tone), but it is not loud anywhere as loud as I want it to be. Is there a way to make it louder? I think i have the settings on the loudest.

You can adjust the vibrate/ring here:

How do I edit my notification tones (profiles)? - BlackBerryFAQ

Some ringtones are louder than others, too. Also, by default when you use ring & vibrate together, the device will vibrate THEN ring - it will not do it simultaneously. I seem to remember a 3rd party application that came out recently that would let you do that, though.

EDIT: Found the link: VibAndRing - Personal Productivity Blackberry Software on MobiHand
