Is it possible to convert a .alx file (or the .jad) for a theme back to .thm so i can edit it in theme builder?

nope, if this were the case you could basically steal any theme and alter it and call it your own.

I had no intention of stealing it or claiming it, i just wanted the icon set it was using. Owell ill make new icons then
