Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me. When I go to create a new SMS or E-mail my Bold would normally autoselect names for whom the message was going to ie. Type "A" and all of my contacts with first names and last names that started with A would be shown on a list. The list would be furthered narrowed down the more characters you type. Suddenly this no longer is working. I tried restarting and often the that fixes the problem but only for a temp. period of time.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have you tried a battery pull with the BB powered on.

Do you have your filters on?

No battery pull with the unit on. I just turn it off and back on. Usually fixes the problem.

As far as I know there are no filters that are on.
