If you can get your data into Outlook, the BB Desktop Manager (DM) has a sync function where it can merge new or edited items. I'm not sure if there is a specific version of Outlook.

There are some other options in the DM that might work, too but I've not explored those.

Getting them into Outlook is the key. Once you do that, you can sync Outlook to the BB.

I can't agree more, if your desktop software doesn't allow it then there might be some software out there that will do it. Also check out the retailer where you bought the phone. They have ways of doing it.

You can also try to pair the two phones together with BlueTooth and transfer them that way.

Wirelessly posted (BB 11020)

Contacts don't transfer via Bluetooth on a BB.
