Bought new in April this year. Everything works, battery charges and lasts great. The only issue is that the brushed/ chrome on the front needs replaced to look new. You can replace the front cover cheap. Do a seach for the links. I have everything it came with: Cradle, cord, software and box. Asking $100 obo.
