Since I upgraded to .90 my screen doesn't want to turn off for the most part. . . I do a QuickPull and it works correctly for 1-2-3 hours. . .then the screen stays on. . .

Any advice?

This should probably go into the Beta forum, however I have only noticed this problem once, I just clicked the lock button and waited 10 seconds and the screen dimmed correctly. Then I clicked the lock button again to unlock it, that seems to fix it on my device. This works better than a Quickpull.

I was having the same issue with my Storm (9530 w/ .90 - Verizon).

Do these steps:

• Remove battery
• Resend Service Books*

If this doesn't work, open Options > Screen/Keyboard and change to any other settings, save, then revert back to normal settings.

* If you are on a BES contact your BES Admin and have him/her resend service Books/IT Policy.
