I don't know what was wrong, but my issues have settled down.
I can make Vz Navigator launch by itself by doing a battery pull while it is running. When you power up again, VZ Nav launches by itself and if you close it, it will re-launch on its own. The fix is to make sure it is closed and then do another battery pull. Then it is fine.
Every version since GPS has been enabled I have had BBMaps switch to "Searching for Satellites" briefly and come back. It isn't really a big issue I guess.
Running this for a couple days now, no issues to report. No noticeable benefits either, compared to .119. Only weird thing is that in Options - Status - the information on the right side doesn't align against the right side of the screen. Each line ends at a different spot on the screen. strange.
I removed all the 3rd party apps from my 8330 and it seems to have helped. My battery life is holding like it did before the upgrade. I guess one of those apps was not closing or having some other issue with .131. When I figure out which app it is I'll post it.
