I am looking for an application so that I can do the following:

At location A - enter an address of location B and a message that will be sent when I arrive at location B

Upon arrival at location B - message is received as email or sms

Practical example:

I am at home and leaving for work. I need to remember, when I arrive at work to call a colleague. I enter the info for the location and message details. Once I arrive at work, I receive a message reminding me to go ahead and call my colleage.
