service is completely different for T-mobile and now wont work on the 9630! ..
anyone know a solution???
I'm on hold with blackberry tech support at the moment and there going to try to set it up for my phone.... was wondering since im on hold if anyone has this unlocked and set up for t-mobile?

Look at the top of the Storm 9500 section here.

See the Sticky thread at the top about "Unlocked Storm on ATT and Tmobile"... follow the instructions for the Storm, but same process for the Tour.

It works. See the last post in the Thread for confirmation.

ok so has anyone ever gotten there tour to get the internet when its unlocked
i have T-mo and having a hard time understanding the whole procedure or maybe its just not Mac friendly, but i never had a prob. with my Storm and worked perfectly.

I'm great with following direction's just think that the direction is not for Mac's

can anyone help out there... i really like this phone and i really dont want to sell it because of this

What does having a Mac have to do with getting internet on your unlocked Tour? You need a BB data plan. Do you have a BB data plan with TMobile?

i've had data plan for the longest.. i havent canceled it i still have the grandfather data plan thats 19.99 + 14.99 for unlimited Text mess. but what does having the Data plan have anything to do with my Tour

1. i still cant get the icon browser!
2. still cant get my internet to work. (EDGE is in Cap's already but have no working internet) receive and able to send out Emails.

THATS MY ISSUE
i have been thru: ->dash->(2)8320->8900->9530 with no internet prob. and now 9630 with net prob. (could this be the biggest mistake BB choice)

WEll, if you didnt have the data plan, the internet wouldn't work at all.
The confusion came from you mentioning a MAC computer and the internet.

I agree, I don't think (or trust) that the DM for Mac that is out will do what you need.
