Default Bluetooth Development and Web Page

looking for developer guidance, to find out how/if it's possible...

trying to make a universal site that can accept data from a bluetooth device, then input the data from that device to a webpage.

so, I have website X, that you can visit on browser, then, bluetooth device Y, accepts some input, that is then put onto X's webform data?

Is that even possible, or would you need a whole application, that would accept teh input then accept info as parameters?

Basically, trying to make it so that it is not only capable on BB, but other devices as well. Maybe it will only be available on BB, just trying to figure that out.
