When I first got the charger a few weeks ago, the screen and the keypad would eventually both turn off. Now, when set to "display clock", the keypad and the screen remain on permanently. If set to bedside mode, the keypad turns off but the screen remains on, about half brightness.
I've already tried a battery pull. For those of you with a cradle. Does your screen/keypad turn off while charging?
Any ideas how I can get this working again?
