For all you "switchers" - did you guys do a full backup/restore or just sync?

Also, do we need a new version of Desktop Manager or need to tweak any DM settings?

Just want to make sure my transition is as smooth as possible.

Use Device Switch Wizard.

I would use a newer version of DTM. Unless you are using an old PC OS, I don't know any reason not to. Additionally, there may be issues with an old DTM recognizing the 9600.
