I just copy pasted the code from

docs.blackberry.com/en/developers/deliverables/11938/CS_create_first_available_HTTP_connection_857706_1 1.jsp

and changed nothing except (of course) URL <example.com> to <google.com>
and I dont know why i am getting exception
net.rim.device.api.io.ConnectionClosedException: Not connected
on line final int iResponseCode = httpConn.getResponseCode();

this similar exception also occus when I tried to open google.com or any other site (other than blackberry.com) from the sample application, Network Api Demo, provided with Blackberry JDE.
It is reqested to please look into this issue.

come on fellows, anyone who also facing this issue? at least reply that you agree with me, this issue exists.
