Seems the route some folks have taken is to purchase a damaged/defective unit (7230/7280 in this case) from eBay and hijack the screen from it for replacement. You may want to weigh the costs involved? It might be cheaper to see if you eligable for a carrier upgrade or purchased a new/newer device from say eBay?
