Please Login to Remove!

I received an email from O2 with a link to their website. When I highlighted it and clicked open link I got the message "Error encountered during XML Parse: Processing instruction may not be XML
Any help please?

Odd thing, I just sent myself an email from another address with a website link. Difference, the link was already highlighted an it opened without any problem. Could it just be an O2 problem? Still like to find a cure if possiblle.
