I got a new tour 9630. Every now and then I keep getting some error message popping up that says:

"Uncaught exception: application net_rim_bb_phone_app (798) is not responding; process terminated"

I think it pops up only when I am using BBM, which is 90% of the time I use my phone. It doesn't cause anything really to happen. My phone doesn't freeze or anything. It just pops up and I clear it. But I don't want this to turn into a much bigger problem later. Any thoughts on what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks so much.

I have the same problem, uncaught exeption index 3>=3 is there any ways to clean it?!

Both your profiles day you use Curve models, but you're posting in the 9600 forum. If you somehow installed an app for the 96xx models on your Curves then that's the problem right there.

Uncaught Exception errors are notoriously difficult to track down. When I had this pop up on my old BB 8800 the only solution was to backup and re-install the OS. Probably best to install the latest OS version available.
