Hi All,

I'm having a strange one here. My BB seems to be fine on the outlook (3G nd blackberry sign showing as well as GPRS and EDGE, when necessary, all in uppercase), but I seem to have lost all connection with my various apps.

My service provider is O2 and I have been on the phone with customer service for the last three days on different occassions but no one could come up with a solution as they say my blackberry account seems fine. Tried rebooting a million times as well as deleting everything in my service book on their advise to no avail.

I have even been to an O2 shop (twice) where I got a replacement sim card. Once the old sim went dead, I tried the new one and it worked for about 10mins then back to the same issue again.

Can anyone please offer any advice on what to do about it as O2 are clearly clueless on this?

you said you replaced the SIM and all worked for awhile but returned to the same issue. No service.
If you had not checked with the carrier and they said you had a good blackberry account then I would tell you it sounds like the blackberry data plan was missing and it might even be you do not have service because the SIM is not recognized. You did not say the phone was replaced so It might be simply a corrupted OS and you need to replace the OS on the phone. Worse case itxxx8217;s a hardware issue and you need to replace the BB or have it fixed. Hopefully itxxx8217;s under warrantee if itxxx8217;s defective.
