I installed the latest OS 6.0.0.415 from Sprint. My phone is verizon. I can't seem to sync the calendar. It says "not installed" on the DM (latest version).
I am using the latest Microsoft Outlook. My wireless sync is unchecked. Any suggestions?

What version of Outlook do you have?

Were you able to sync with a previous DM? If so what version?

Have you done a battery pull on the BB? With the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, put it back in and let the BB reboot.

I have Outlook 2010. I think I was able with OS5.
First time I sync with OS6 (I have a feeling this is it)
I have done battery pulls.

Or perhaps is the Outlook version.

DM has trouble syncing with 64 bit Outlook 2010. The latest version (.18 ) was supposed to be the fix but doesn't seem to be.

I recommend using Google calendar and contact sync. Set up on the PC and BB. Works great for me any way. I keep my BB, 2 Mac and 3 Windows laptops up to date with that "fix".

I found the problem. It is not easy to navigate through OS6, being used to OS5. On advanced options, my default services (CICAL) was "facebook!"
