Never heard of a 9020 either.. Maybe the russian to english translation is off.

In Blackberry Desktop Software - model: BB9700, pin:20E5FA03, ver:5.0.0.111. I clear devace BBsak, "Wipe devace". He was with the trakball!

Are you asking how to find that specific version of blackberry OS for the 9700? Why not try out the newer 5.x versions found at the top of the 9700 forum which you are currently in.

Thank you, but the problem with download or buy the DVD with 5.0.0.111. It's a pity to bury a beautiful and rare smartphone. It is perfect condition. 5-7 days a charge to go! I think just buy a 9700 and forget the problem! Thank you for your understanding.
