Default Tour 9630 Stopped sending or receiving emails

Out of the blue my Tour stopped sending and receiving emails. I did a cold reboot of the Tour, to no effect, and all services in Blackberry Professional Software v. 4.1.4.3 are running. I even stopped and restarted the software to no avail. I can use the phone to make and receive phone calls. While I think the issue is planned obsolescence of the Tour, I need to be sure. How can I troubleshoot this issue. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. Michael

Did you do a hard reboot - pulling the battery for a minute while the BlackBerry was running?

You can re-register with the network via the Host Routing Table in Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.

Make sure you're not still trying to use WiFi after leaving a Hotspot area: KB20291-Unable to receive data over the wireless network after leaving a Wi-Fi hotspot

Re-validate your email accounts: KB13137-How to re-validate your Windows Live Hotmail, MSN, and Bell Sympatico email integrations

I tried the hard reboot, no success, so decided to erase the Tour and reset to default settings. I'll advise my results. Thanks for your suggestions.
