What do you mean by track?

A BES installation will allow you to keep a record of a BBM chat, if configured that way.

The user may configure BBM to save chat history.

no i want to save all the chat programmatically......

Just because you want to do something, doesn't mean you can. Allowing a third party application to access and save chat history would open the door for malware authors to invade the privacy and security of BlackBerry users. One thing RIM does very well is look after the privacy and security of their users.

You can save all BBM chat history to your Media Card already. Enable that option in your BBMessenger > Options.

I need help... I recently upgraded my bbm to the 6.32 one and im having troubles, some contacts on my contact list with long personal messages, their personal message box is like very big, and a first blank line is skipped then the specific personal message it self.. any solutions plz? i tried doing a batttery pull

Don't hijack threads. There are lots of really knowlegable people here who support large groups of users and can help you. The don't usually hang out in the Developer Form, nor would I expect them to look for new user problems at the end of a dev question.
