Got it today.
It just does not recognize the wireless network, although the smart button is flashing.
Playing with the bezel seems to do nothing.
I cannot bring up the keyboard.
Nothing comes up except for the network configuration system.
Is it me, or does this sound like a tablet problem?

I had the same problem. The fix for me was to reboot my wireless router, then the signal was recognized by the Playbook and everything went smoothly with setup from that point. YMMV... You can also try going somewhere with a solid wireless signal like Starbucks.

At least this test will help narrow down the options.
