I have client in BES 5.x
When this user made new sub-folder in otlook this sub-folder not synchronized in BB. When I add in bes this dsubfolder and user do 'rset' this sub-folder synchr. But automaticke synchronisation dosen't work

This isn't a device issue. You should take this to the BES admin corner. They can help you there, provided you supply more detail than what you have here.
