Due to the recent outage at GoDaddy.com, two of my email accounts basically needed re-adding.

In short, on one of the two accounts on my device, when I select an email or several emails to delete, it gives the options of:

-On Mailbox & Handheld
-On Handheld
-Cancel

Now on the second of my email accounts, when I want to delete an email or multiple emails, it just shows:

-Delete
-Cancel

I've looked in the options but cant see anything that allows me to add the mailbox deletion for the second email account. What do I need to do to allow me to have the same three options on the second email account?

As always, I kindly appreciate any assistance.

BIS -> in your service provider's and blackberry's joint portal.... -> on both e-mail accounts... -> have you made sure when you click on them to configure....

right at the bottom.... sync options -> you can check calendar contacts and deleted items.....

are deleted items (check box) checked for both IDs.... or just for one of them...

Just double-checked and the check-box was ticked.

Went into email preferences and saw that it was the "Prompt" that was not selected, hence why it was only showing just two options.

All working as should be.
