Software Overview: BlackBerry Bold 9900 Support | T-Mobile

T-Mobile lists the only key improvement as:

"The new BlackBerry OS 7.1.0.912 improves CMAS functionality."

But, I'm hoping that there are other fixes since the last official 7.1.0.284

Blackberry (aka RIM) never tells us what the changes are, or what they are intended to fix. I am surprised that T-Mobile said that it "improves CMAS functionality". That is more information than we usuallly get.

The only change I've noticed is that NFC (Near Field Communication) is enabled.

What do you think of this Rom version? Is there any difference? I upgraded it to 7.1.0.912. After using for testing for a couple of days, I came to realize that its battery life is shorter than the version 825, right?
Should I downgrade it to Rom 7.1.0.825?
