Hello,

I've installed the BES10 trial on a new Windows Server 2008 box and I'm trying to get the APNs certificate working.

I've gone through all the steps of downloading the various certificates and installing them but when I try to test the connection it fails.

Any suggestions?

The password specified for the Private Key is greater than 7 characters. Currently only passwords with 1-7 characters are supported.

Good to know about the password length, but in our case a 7 character long password is provided and the test still fails.
on the logs the following is displayed (BES FQDN replaced):

It is not, it's only seven characters.

I'm not sure how but this somehow magically resolved itself over night.
