How can I fix my I.t policy and firewall settings because I can't upload my 2go profile picture or even activate whatsApp chat on my phone

Is the BlackBerry your personal device, or your employer's.

If it is a business device then best advice is to leave it alone.

If it your device, remove the IT policy. blackberry remove IT policy - Bing
