hello...

I don't know what's happening with my pearl 8130..it's going nuts.
i can't do nothing about it.

the camera mode is comming on by itrself, can't return to the menu, can't make a call, nothing. theres a sign saying 1X on the right corner, i don't know
what that means .. ??

anyways wanted to mention that i did disconnect the battery and reset the phone by putting the battery back.

any help would be appreciated..

You might try doing an OS update or even a clean reload of the software. First do a backup to save anything you may want to replace like contacts or photos.

+1 on doing a clean OS reload. If there is a memory card installed, remove it....would be wise to do that before reloading the OS, and see what happens.

But be aware, the symptoms don't sound good at all. I see the clean OS reload as something you need to try, but I don't hold out hope.
