Default Making a web site icon

Is there a way that I can make a small icon/program that will show up on the main screen of my BB, so that when it is pressed, the browser will open and go to the specified url? I am not a programmer but was kinda hoping for a utility that would make this for me.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mark
