I seem to be having problems opening MS Word attachments with my Blackberry. I have upgraded to the 4.0 OS and hoped that might cure the problem. The blackberry seems to open other attachments like excel or pdfs with ease. Any thoughts?

Sure. I am on a CIngular Plan with unlimited data movement a month. I am not sure about the other things. What do those abbreviations stand for?

BWC is the blackberry web client - its the web interface for your email. Is yours a personal or corporate bb? If its corporate do you get the same email on the desktop and the bb, when you delete it on the bb does it go away on the desktop?

You may want to re-send your service books.

Go to your BWC account:

Then when logged into your BWC account, click Profile, then click Send Service Book.
