Default Data Connection Refused

Please Login to Remove!

Turned my BB on this morning to see "Data Connection Refused". Called Cingular. The BB data plan was deleted from my account. They reinstated. Now BIS is saying "Account Suspended". No email send or receive and no Internet access on the BB. I can't even send a service book.

Called Cingular again. Their data techs do not work on Sunday. Can't give me to RIM either.

If they reactivated the BIS it could take a few hours to kick back into the system....

...Leaving you just enough time to take hostages if you must. Good luck with it.

Thanks. I cannot believe Cingular has no data support on weekends (Sunday). Are the other carriers like that as well?

Go to Options >Network. If you have a field that says "Data Services" set it to "Off."

Not all BB's have this option so if it's not there don't be alarmed. You're stuck with the data connection refused.
