I'm not sure if this is the right place on the forum to post this...

But on my 7290, when I add emails to my blackberry via the Blackberry Internet Service, it automatically creates an email icon for each account.

On my Gmail icon, it has a count of -1 unread emails. Anyone know why this is? All of my email messages are READ. I don't know how that -1 got there. i do not have any unread mail notifications on the top of the screen either.

Pull the battery and do a reboot and see if that clears the -1. Others have reported seeing that indicator and have cleared it.

But any word on what causes it? it would be annoying to have to do that every time that -1 shows up.

Cause? I don't know.

Actually, pulling the battery and doing a quick reboot is a good idea about once a week anyway, regardless of your glitch. It reclaims memory.
