First, I have searched high and low on this Forum for an answer -- with no luck. We are unable to see an attachement on the BB email with either of the above attachment type. Two models we are working with is the Sprint 8830 and AT&T 8300 (Curve). Both devices (and subsequent email accounts, via BES 4.1.4.15) recieve email with .doc/ppt/pdf/xls AND .wav audio files. I have even tried converting to an output by the tool "Seabyrd Technologies" -- as found on this forum. I have looked at restrictions on our BES, but do not see any.

Does anyone know if one does need to configure the BES to allow any type of video (our current content managment settings is set to allow "application/*". We even tried to add "video/.mp4".

Any ideas?
