Hi all,

I've got a problem with my BB and headset:

sometimes (quite often), when I answer a call, taking the HS out, the call starts, but I can't hear any sound; I must turn off quickly the HS, then answer using the BB and then restart the HS to continue call (after some apologies to the caller, of course).
I tried to deactivate encryption, but things are not better at all :(

That's pretty annoying and I'm thinking to stop using the HS (which is on all other aspects absolutely brilliant).
I've got a BB 8707 since about 1 year, and the HS is less than 1 month old.

Any help would be very appreciated!

I've had this issue too. Mostly only long distance calls, although those are the majority of times I use my headset

yes

i ditched the 655 for this reason...i would say 3-4 times a day this would happen and i would have to go to speaker and back to activate the HS...otherwise a great HS....havent found a replacement yet

i went through 3 units and gave up...i thought the new ones are better...i had mine in late 06 when they came out
