Default Telenav on an 8310 with T-Mobile

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone been successful at getting Telenav to work on an 8310 (AT&T branded/unlocked) working on T-Mobile. I can't get to T-Zones to set up Telenav, to get a PIN. Telenav says call T-Mobile; T-Mobile says call Telenav.

Thanks!

I had the same problem and you would think Telenav would give you the answer when your trying to buy their product but they wont. Here's your solution. download the ota link from telenav (not tmobile)for your device which may have to be the 8300 link. Purchase your monthly subscription via telenav's website and create your own pin#. I had signed up when the curve 1st came out and I have T-Mobile as well but about a mnth ago I switched to the new mapquest navigator 5.0 which works just as well if not better than telenav and right now its half the price as telenav. Hopes this helps

Sorry about this in advance, but I am retaking this post.
I had the same issue before and somehow I managed to work around it, but now, that I updated my OS, I can't remember what I did.
Story: Have a 8310 unlocked with t-mo. So:
If i go to t-zones, it tells me my phone is not supported.
If i go to the ota link (which i think i did the last time and it worked), it tells me to go to t-zone.
what am i doing wrong?
