how can i connect my 8100 to my com???
i allready instaled the BlackBerry_Device_Manager_ENG.msi and BlackBerry_USB_and_Modem_Drivers_(English)_v4.3.ms i to my PC....

but it still "USB Device not Recognized"

some one help me with this ploblem please....

You need to install the Desktop Manager software which includes the Device Manager and drivers, etc.

which Desktop Manager i should instal to my PC???
is there any specific Instructions that i should follow to instal the program??

coz i allready instal BlackBerry_Desktop_Software_v4.1_EN.exe
and it didn't work at all..... my device is not recognized

should i uninstal the previous program bfore instaling the new one???

Try to install the 4.3 version....before you install the new version make sure you uninstall the older version...after you install the new version delete the vendor.xml
