Can anyone shed some light on which os is better?? I am currently using the newest telefonica, but keep hearing about rogers??

They are all written by RIM. They are tested and released by the carriers. Rogers chose to release v4.2.0.51; Telefonica chose to release .67 and Cingular .69. Release notes are VERY hard to come by. Choose your poison.
