I know someone that is that OCD and he also has a dictaphone. BUT he doesn't have a BB, he has a Samsung tocco and it is rubbish for him, he was convinced by a store monkey to buy it...as suggested use your email calender (the best is outlook) and sync to BB. Job done.
By the way if you do need to do excessive reminders I suggest you look into brain training aids to help develop your memory skills.
